We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect, not far from the center but not in the complete center, making it convenient for our business trip. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, including multiple English-speaking receptionists. The room amenities were fantastic, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area and dining table. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the cozy atmosphere.

missed my order food- different dishes brought, + we were just marriade and on check out (we made it at 2 pm instead of 12:00) we paid for the 50% of the day, I suppouse they could make a present for us..

It's a very good hotel with a nice spa center.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and it has everything what you need. The breakfast was nice and tasty.

There is not a big choice for breakfast.

During my Christmas holidays, I stayed at a comfortable modern hotel outside Moscow. The hotel offered great service, with a 24-hour restaurant and efficient heating system. The key location made it easy for me to visit the sights I wanted and the hotel provided an iron and ironing board in the hall- which came in handy. The biggest advantage for me was the spa's treatments which were a real treat and the breakfast which was a great way to start my day!

There were a few drawbacks. The pool could have been warmer.

The view from the window was breathtaking and the bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady in charge of the spa who gave us great recommendations for nearby romantic spots. The spa itself was a lovely experience and perfect for our romantic escape.

The breakfast was not up to our expectations, the same dishes were served every morning and the quality was poor. We also had to pay extra for parking which we felt should have been included in the room rate.

Bedroom: above-average, comfortable & stylish, with a rather open view.

Restaurant: loud music, freezing air conditioning & extremely slow service. (The lifts: minor technical issues / sometimes strange behaviour!) -> I would recommend this hotel as long as its restaurant is avoided.

Our stay in the hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect as it was very close to the old town, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. We were impressed by the friendly and professional service of the staff, especially the concierge who helped us plan our itinerary. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options, with both Russian and Western selections. The pool and gym were of high standards and were well-maintained.

The prices in the hotel restaurant were quite high compared to other restaurants in the area.

The hotel is situated a bit far from the old part of the city. Only 1 restaurant for such a huge hotel. Only 2 sorts of tea for breakfast, no herbal tea, no lemon. No city plan at the reception.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms had a charming and classic design that added to the overall experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel lobby was grand and impressive. The restaurant offered a decent meal, though it was a bit overpriced. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, both Russian and Western options. The pool and sauna facilities were excellent, although there was an additional cost to use them. The concierge was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel also has free parking, which was convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
